We have continually refined our delivery rates over the years. We always strive to make our products as accessible as possible while following e-commerce trends in terms of delivery.
We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $200 before taxes, in Canada and in the United States !
All prices are in Canadian Dollars $.
**We reserve the right to apply a delivery surcharge if you have an address in a remote area or if your package size is larger than usual. We will contact you if this is the case.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Can I return an item if it does not fit?
Yes, you benefit from a delay of 30 days after receiving your order to return it. The item must be in the same condition as on sale, either in its original condition, unworn and unwashed. It also must be in its original packaging and have all labels.
If the size does not fit, is it possible to exchange it for another size or another product?
Unfortunately, we do not accept any online exchanges. We determined as per our experience that it is better for the client and for us if we don’t manage exchanges. It is simpler and faster to return the product you do not like and receive a refund. In the meantime, you may order the right product which will best suit your needs.
There is one exception :

If you bought a Kit and one item of the kit does not fit, you will be able to exchange it. Please contact us for the procedure.
How do I return my order?
For returning an order, you must contact us within 30 days of placing your order. You can reach out to us by email info@therefstore.ca
We will then give you a return number. You would have to include in the return package your name and the return number on a piece of paper. This will help us a lot accelerate the refund after we receive the package.
You will be responsible for the shipping charge to return the package. We suggest sending the package with Canada Post for canadian returns.
We will then proceed with the refund within 48h after receiving the package. The shipping costs of your initial order are not refundable.
Can I get a refund for a gift card?
No, all gift cards are not refundable.
